| The present communication deals with the new record of Duttaphrynus stomaticus (Lutken, 1864), the Marbled Toad, from Aligarh (Uttar Pradesh) with its systematic account, altitudinal range, distribution, habitat, food & feeding, breeding, conservation status and threats. It is mostly found along with allied species, D. melanostictus (Schneider, 1799), the Common Toad and hence their differentiating characters are also provided.
